چکیده
Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) is sweeping the world since end of 2019. The titer change antibodies against SARS-CoV-2 needs to be further clarified, clinical and preventive value still investigated. An enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was established by coating with recombinant spike protein used detect serum immunoglobulin M (IgM) G (IgG) in disease 2019 patients evaluate pattern changes antibodies. specificity ELISA for detection IgM IgG were 96% (144/150) 100% (150/150), respectively. sensitivity (150/150) IgM, 99.3% (149/150) IgG. SARS-CoV-2-SP-IgM SP-IgG could detected on Day 1 hospitalization 12.5% patients, SP-IgM began decrease after reaching its peak at around 22–28 days, become negative Month 3 30% 7 79% these onset; reached kept a high level within longest observation period 4 months, it dropped very sharply months. positive rates higher than those reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction 4. indirect has good sensitivity. appeared almost simultaneously early stage, not maintain plateau Our data will help develop diagnosis vaccine SARS-CoV-2.

Measurement of immunoglobulin M (IgM), IgG, and IgA antibodies against Yersinia enterocolitica by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay: persistence of serum antibodies during disease.
An enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the detection and quantitation of human immunoglobulin M (IgM), IgG, and IgA antibodies against Yersinia enterocolitica is described. Formalinized or heat-treated bacteria were adsorbed onto specially designed microcuvettes, and antibodies were allowed to attach to the antigen-coated cuvettes. Rabbit anti-human mu, anti-human gamma, and anti-human alpha ...
متن کاملEnzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay of Progesterone in Serum Using Penicillinase as Label
An enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for progesterone measurement in serum or plasma samples using penicillinase as label enzyme is reported. A C3 and C11 derivatives of progesterone were prepared and conjugated to bovin serum albumin (BSA). Polyclonal antibody against these two immunogens were prepared in New Zealand white rabbits. Purified Ig fractions of antibodies were immobilized o...
متن کاملENZYME-LINKED IMMUNOSORBENT ASSAY OF NEOPTERIN USING PENICILLINASE AS LABEL
An enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for neopterin using penicillinase as marker enzyme is reported here by polyclonal antibodies against neopterin conjugated to bovine serum albumin which were raised in rabbits. Immunoglobulin fractions were purified and coated on wells of microtiter plates. A chain heterology was introduced in neopterin derivative and conjugated to penicillinase. The assa...
متن کاملAdaptation of an indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay by purified gp51SU for detection of antibodies to bovine leukemia virus
The objective of this study was to compare an indirect ELISA, based on a purified 60 kDa envelope glycoprotein (gp51SU), with a Pourquire indirect ELISA for the detection of antibodies to the bovine leukemia virus. For conducting this research, 340 serum samples were collected from two different breeds of cows (Sarabi and Holestin) in different herds. Commercial ELISA revealed positive results ...
متن کاملAn IgM capture enzyme linked immunosorbent assay to detect IgM antibodies to treponemes in patients with syphilis.
A new IgM capture enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was compared with the 19S(IgM) fluorescent treponemal antibody absorption (19S(IgM)FTA-ABS) test for detecting IgM antibodies to treponemes. Serum samples from 180 people, 109 with various stages of untreated syphilis, 45 with treated syphilis, and 26 non-infected, were investigated. In all diagnostic groups of syphilis the reactivity ...
